Advance your instructional qualifications and expand your professional opportunities with our accelerated MEI course.
This four day course focuses on how to instruct multi-engine aerodynamics, aircraft systems, performance planning, engine-out procedures, Vmc demonstrations, emergency operations, and instructional techniques specific to multi-engine flight training. You’ll develop the ability to teach complex systems management, asymmetric thrust control, and critical decision-making while maintaining a strong emphasis on safety and proficiency.
Both courses are four days. Three days of instruction with two flights per day separated by a ground lesson and a checkride on the fourth day. Multiple local DPEs rated for our aircraft type eliminates the risk of a months long wait. Students can expect to log approximately 10.5 hours of multi-engine time during this course including checkride time. More time may be required based on student proficiency. Click here for rates.
